Important Dates This Year
The same holidays are observed every year. However, the date and day may change each year.
These Four holidays are observed on the same date every year i.e. New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, and Christmas Day.
The rest are floating holidays i.e. their date is not fixed.
Please note that, if a holiday falls on a Saturday then it will be observed on a preceding Friday. Holidays that fall on a Sunday are observed on the following Monday.
For instance, this year, Independence Day is on Saturday which means that there will be a federal holiday on Friday i.e. July 3, 2020.

March / April ( depending on Easter)- Good Friday-Center is closed on Friday before Easter Sunday.
March – Summer Camp registration ( registration fee is waived if enrolled before the end of March).

First Tuesday of the month – National Night Out – please stop by our stand!
Last week of August, the SCHOOL IS CLOSED for teacher training, staff in-service.
First Monday of the month – Labor Day observance – SCHOOL IS CLOSED
First day of the school year – Tuesday after Labor Day.
On or around the 18th- Back to school Night.
On or around September 27 – Calico Cat Sunday and Picnic.
September / October / November – Fall Season with soccer Shots.
